Do I need to create a WooCommerce API key manually?
No. WooCommerce Sync uses WooCommerce Application Authentication so an authorized store owner can approve the connection from the store itself.
Does sync overwrite my formulas?
The add-on writes only mapped WooCommerce-managed columns. Custom columns outside that managed set are not part of the sync write surface.
Can Orders use one row per product sold?
Yes. Orders support one row per order and one row per line item.
Can I import old orders?
Yes. Use the From/To date controls for historical reporting workflows where the WooCommerce endpoint supports date filtering.
Does it modify WooCommerce?
Normal sync is read-only. Business users may optionally approve separate read/write access for supported product, variation, inventory, coupon and order fields. Every write-back requires a diff preview and explicit confirmation.
What happens during a large sync?
Data is processed in provider pages with prepared, write and acknowledgement checkpoints so large jobs can resume without intentionally starting over.
Can I disconnect the store?
Yes. Disconnect removes the stored connection for that installation. WooCommerce credentials are encrypted while connected.
