Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Resonlix websites, accounts and software products. By using a Resonlix product, you agree to use it only for accounts and data you are authorized to access.

1. The service

Resonlix provides focused software integrations. Individual products have their own product pages, capabilities and pricing while using the shared Resonlix platform for account, billing, security and support where applicable.

2. Accounts

Some free functionality may be available without a Resonlix account. Paid access, billing and linked installations may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity performed through your account.

3. Third-party services

Using Resonlix may require access to third-party services such as Jobber, Google, WooCommerce, Microsoft and a payment provider. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms. You must have permission to connect the accounts and data you provide.

4. Paid plans and billing

Paid plans are billed at the price and interval shown on the applicable product page and at checkout. Subscription status is determined from verified billing events from the configured payment provider. Taxes, currency conversion and payment-method rules may be handled by that provider where applicable.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel a paid subscription using the available billing controls. Access after cancellation follows the subscription status and billing period reported by the payment provider.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Resonlix to access data without authorization, interfere with the service, bypass security or billing controls, distribute malware, abuse provider APIs or violate applicable law.

7. Service changes and availability

We work to keep the service reliable, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Features may change when required for security, provider compatibility, product quality or legal compliance.

8. Your data and your responsibility

You remain responsible for your business data, spreadsheet logic, backups and decisions made from reports. Review important outputs before relying on them for financial, legal or operational decisions.

9. Intellectual property

Resonlix retains rights in the software, branding and original service materials. These terms do not transfer ownership of your connected business data to Resonlix.

10. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access when necessary to protect the service, respond to abuse, enforce these terms or comply with law. You may stop using the service at any time.
