This policy explains how Resonlix processes information when you use Resonlix websites, accounts and products, including Function by Color, Jobber Sync and WooCommerce Sync for Google Sheets.

Resonlix Google Sheets add-ons use access to the current spreadsheet only to provide user-facing features that you request, such as displaying the add-on menu and sidebar; reading formatting and cell values; calculating, previewing and inserting requested results; and, for sync products, selecting or creating destination tabs, previewing and syncing supported connected-service records, preserving user-owned formulas and custom columns, saving sync settings and running an automatic refresh when you enable it.

The Google authorization scopes used by each add-on are limited to the permissions required for that product. Function by Color requests access only to the current spreadsheet, container UI and external HTTPS requests. Other Resonlix products may request additional permissions only when required for their specific features. Resonlix does not use Google user data for advertising, does not sell Google user data and does not use Google user data to train generalized artificial-intelligence models.

3. Google API Services User Data Policy

Resonlix use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We transfer Google user data only when necessary to provide or secure the requested service, comply with law, or complete a corporate transaction with the required consent. Humans do not read Google user data except with your explicit consent for support, when necessary for security, when aggregated and de-identified for internal operations, or when required by law.

Disclosure of Google user data: Resonlix does not sell Google user data or share it for advertising, marketing or profiling purposes. Google user data may be disclosed only to service providers that process data on our behalf where necessary to operate, secure or support the requested feature, and only to the minimum extent required for that purpose. These providers may include infrastructure and hosting providers used to run the service. We may also disclose Google user data when required by applicable law or with the user's explicit consent. We do not permit service providers to use Google user data for their own independent purposes.

The spreadsheet remains the destination for synced row data. Resonlix may retain installation identifiers, spreadsheet and destination identifiers, saved setup settings, sync checkpoints and limited sync history so the service can resume, deduplicate and display activity. OAuth credentials are encrypted in storage. We retain records only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations.

5. Sharing and service providers

Resonlix uses service providers for hosting, email delivery and payment processing where necessary to operate the product. These processors receive only the information needed for their function. Connected services such as Jobber, WooCommerce, Google and Creem also process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Security

Connected-provider credentials are protected in storage using application encryption controls. Access is limited to service operations that require them. Never send passwords, API secrets, OAuth tokens or payment-card details by email.

7. Your choices and deletion

You can disconnect a connected service, remove the add-on, disable automatic refresh, delete saved setups, cancel a paid subscription and contact us to request account or data deletion. Some security, billing or legal records may need to be retained for a limited period.

8. International processing

Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. We use providers appropriate for operating the product and apply reasonable safeguards to information we control.

We may update this policy as products, providers or legal requirements change. The updated date at the top of this page shows the current version.
