WooCommerce → Google Sheets

This guide covers the normal read-only sync path. No manual WooCommerce consumer-key creation is required.

1. Open the add-on

Open a Google Sheet, then choose Extensions → WooCommerce Sync → Open.

2. Connect your store

Enter the HTTPS URL for your WooCommerce store. Choose Connect store, then approve read access in the WooCommerce page that opens.

3. Choose data

Free includes manual sync for Orders, Products and Customers. Business also unlocks Variations, Inventory, Coupons and Subscriptions, plus near real-time refresh.

4. Preview

Preview before writing. In Advanced you can rename destination headers, remove fields, add filters, choose a historical date range and switch Orders between one-row-per-order and one-row-per-line-item.

5. Create & Sync

The add-on creates or reuses the destination tab, writes only managed fields and stores a hidden __woocommerce_id for duplicate-safe updates. Large jobs commit page-by-page and can be paused or resumed.

Optional Business write-back

Write-back is separate from normal sync. A Business user must explicitly enable read/write access, preview the Sheet-to-WooCommerce differences and confirm Apply. The server checks that WooCommerce has not changed since preview before the first mutation.
