How to sync Jobber to Google Sheets without repeating CSV exports

A recurring Jobber report usually starts simple: export a CSV, paste it into Sheets, add formulas, repeat next week. The problem is not the first export. It is the repeated cleanup and the risk that every refresh breaks the spreadsheet around it.

The direct workflow

  1. Open Jobber Sync inside Google Sheets.
  2. Connect your Jobber account using the authorization flow.
  3. Select Clients, Jobs, Quotes or Invoices.
  4. Preview the rows before writing.
  5. Choose the destination tab, mappings and filters.
  6. Run the sync and save the configuration for later reuse.
Free plan: manual Clients sync is designed to work without creating a Resonlix account. Paid plans unlock the additional supported datasets and hourly refresh.

Why this is different from CSV export

A CSV is a snapshot. A direct integration keeps the refresh process attached to the Sheet itself. That matters when the Sheet contains formulas, custom reporting columns, filters or downstream dashboards that you do not want to rebuild after every export.

When to use it

This workflow fits recurring operations reporting, client lists, job boards, quote pipelines, invoice reporting and spreadsheet-based management dashboards. If your real need is a complex multi-app automation with branching logic, a general workflow platform may be a better fit. If your need is specifically Jobber → Google Sheets, a focused add-on removes much of that setup overhead.
