Use Jobber Invoices in Google Sheets for finance and management reporting
Invoice data is commonly copied into Sheets for management reporting, collections views and custom calculations. A repeatable sync is most valuable when it keeps the source table current while leaving your spreadsheet logic alone.
Set up the source tab first
Use a dedicated Invoices destination tab and treat it as the managed source table. Put custom calculations, summaries and charts in separate columns or reporting tabs that reference that source.
Before relying on the output
- Preview the rows and selected fields.
- Confirm invoice identifiers and dates.
- Check any formulas that reference the synced range.
- Use your accounting system or Jobber as the authoritative source for financial decisions.
Invoice sync is available on paid plans, with hourly refresh available for recurring reporting workflows.
